Like the picture above, when trying to find a balance in your life, you can feel like the aftermath of a storm. (Thanks, Milton) I work forty hours a week, and then after, I freelance, write, and handle everything else in my life. Some nights, I get four to five hours of sleep a night. My balance is off. When I have a day off from work, I feel behind on everything else in my daily life. But when working, I make a to-do list of what needs finishing when I am off work. Am I alone in this? Not at all. But changes are on the horizon for my balance. Will my work change? No, but I am working on creating a schedule for my freelance work and organizing everything more. Another thing I am doing is prioritizing myself and my home more. So, my freelance may take a tad longer, but things will be calmer once I get everything in line. Do you feel like this as well?
