Hobbies are essential to having a great mental well-being. Am I an expert? Nope! But I can tell you from first-hand experience that I am miserable if I do not work on my hobbies for at least thirty minutes daily. So, no matter what your hobby is, work on it! At least once a day, I will work on my hobbies, and since I love writing, crafting, and baking, there is always something I can do daily! What kind of hobbies do you have?
